As a strong supporter of the Green/Sustainable Movement, I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to try and find green events available to the public. Even with that great tool we call the Internet, finding Sustainable expos, shows, and festivals is about as hard as finding a sustainable oil refinery. Well, to my rescue came Twitter. Not only is Twitter possibly the greatest social network on the web, it is stuffed full of every type of event, show, or expo you could imagine. This includes the Green Movement! So, I took time to compile a list of what I humbly consider the “Top 10 Best Green Events on Twitter”.

Description: The Live Green Expo is a fun, family event that will help North Texans make informed decisions and take action to lead more healthy lives with less impact on our environment. Free to the public, the Expo will feature exhibitors offering a wide selection of products, services and information. In addition, the Expo will include dozens of presentations on a variety of topics, music, art, food, demonstrations and activities for youth and children. The Live Green Expo anticipates over 15,000 environmentally-motivated consumers from throughout North Texas.
