I. Welcome – Lisa Adatto, Oregon Director, Climate Solutions
II. State Policy – “What will happen in Salem” – Brian Clem, State Representative and Gubernatorial Candidate: Brian Clem has a background in business and strong ties to agriculture. He was instrumental in passing key pieces of environmental legislation during the 2009 session, and is a rising star within the Democratic Caucus. Brian will discuss key energy issues coming up in Salem, and what they might mean for the local clean economy.
III. Federal Policy – Jessica Finn Coven, Policy Analyst, Climate Solutions: Jessica works with our regional delegations to develop and promote Climate Solutions’ federal and state policy positions. Jessica will provide an up-to-date analysis of upcoming federal climate legislation, explaining the politics and the implications for the Oregon’s clean-economy business community.
