Description: After multiple hurdles, Rothbury is officially returning for a second festival in 2009. The second Rothbury will be held July 2-5, once again placing the festival over the 4th of July holiday weekend. The festival’s second year will expand the think-tank discussions established the first year and continue the use of sustainable technologies.
